As the water rises so much of our beloved recreational beaches will get slopped away by the waves.
What''ll be needed is someone with a keen ability to read topograpical maps to look for new places where the rise is shallow and the land is relatively undeveloped (or, at least, bull-doz-able). Finding a new beach area in the making would trigger economic frenzies as developers start stripping trees and vegetation and start bringing in millions of cubic feet of sand.
